need help asap about to pick up cams dont wanna get scammed

about to go buy cams from a guy who says theyre blox type b, but not sure how to identify them. in the middle between cylinders 2 and 3 there is a B on intake and a D on exhaust. they also have the gsr wring pattern on the dizzy side. i need help fast as im about to buy these today...

A quick google search for blox type b, show them without rings on the ends. Never owned a set, so I don't know, but every picture on google shows them without the rings.
