Default Need Help ASAP..

I broke my outside door handle off b/c of the cold. I went to the honda dealership and bought a new one. I need step by step directions if anyone has done this or knows how. I have taken the cover off and some of the bolts but I need to know how to get the lock part out of the handle and actually get the old handle out. Please HELP. Thanks

Remove the two nuts that hold the handle assembly into the door. Remove the lock rod and the release rod. If it has an alarm sensor on the assembly then unhook it. You will now be able to remove the handle assembly from the door. To get the lock cylinder out. There will be a clip that holds the cylinder in its hole(large c clip) remove it. Take the lock cylinder out, be careful not to drop the pins out of the cylinder. Place it into the new handle. Reassemble in reverse order.
