Default Need to get a 94 DX up a running quick. Can I use this combo?

I have someone offering a bunch of parts to me for cheap, of which include a D15B2 motor. My questions is can I use the D15B2 block with a D15B7 head successfully in a 94 Civic DX coupe? I tried to look for some answers in the FAQ but there was only a blurb about not recommending going from obd1 to obd0. My worry was perhaps needing the timing belt from one or the other motor, but not sure which one to use. I have a civic sitting here that I acquired that needs a motor and this would be my cheapest route. Thanks for your input, suggestions, and help in advance!
