Default need electrical assistants......

ok so i have been having an electrical tragedy with my ej8, the basics 96 civic coupe 98 gsr block 99 si head 96 civic ex harness gsr ecu...ok so my problem i have a huge drain on my battery i have eliminated my battery and altenator by just buying new ones, i also replaced my engine harness and starter with a fresh uncut 96 ex and a stater off a gsr that was working, so everytime i wanna start it i have to jump it so when i get it started if i pull a battery terminal off the car will not run off the altenator it just dies then i try to start it back up and the battery is dead, after the jump if i leave it running and i turn my stereo on alpinee head unit infinity speakers no amp no sub roomate a bestbuy installer did it along with my viper 791 alarm anyways if i turn it up mildy it cuts off and when i had my hid's installed the would flicker like strobe lights wtf right....i need help like asap if theres anybody local to me fairfield ca with legit electrical knowledge im willing to pay a reasonable amount for it to be fixed im really frustrated at this point and just want it to work....if anybody can lend a hand that would be great and would benefit us both cash for you working car for me thank you....

check/replace your ground wires from the engine to the chassis.

Seems a little wierd that the fuse box was bad but not that I havent heard of it. but for future refrence any draw on system really needs to be diag with a am meter so you can actually see how many amps are being drawn then once you see that you can start taking fuses out to limit it down to a paticalur circut. then do individual devices on that circut untill you find what is drawing the juice.
