Default in need of assistance please...

okay so i was driving with a couple of friends last nite in my 92 CX with a Z6 motor in it.... i took it around this one turn then all of a sudden it just died. the CEL and oil light came on. but i checked the oil on the same day before and it was full... i shut it off and try to start it back up but it doesnt fire up. i dont think it locked up because it still turns over. does anybody have a clue of what it might be? TIA

well as of recently.....i have unplugged and plugged the battery back up. and i also even charged it up. result: still did not start. so i guess that it possibly is the distributor. but i remember that nite that i had put my rear seats back in. so that may have loosened one of the fuel pump plugs, wires, etc? i checked the HELMS and it told me to hold my ear against the fuel pump when i turn the key to the ON positiion. it said i shouldve heard the pump working but i didnt. so that may be the problem. anyone know how to fix the plugs or wires or anything like that?

oh and also someone that i know said that it was my valves and how those and the pistons are fucked up....that wouldnt happen will it?
