Mystery Part
I am missing a piece off the back of my block and I have no idea what it is. I have an OBD1 Gsr block. Right above the oil pump and a little to the left and right below the water tube is a whole and I cant figure out what goes there. I have heard it might for the oil cooler I have also heard a sensor might go there I just need to know so I can plug it. Sorry I dont have any pics.

Re: Mystery Part (rip94delsol)
Yeah thats what I was thinking I cant get a pic because I havent gone to pick up the block yet. I need a parts picture that you get when you go to like a dealer. Im running an aftermarket cooler so if it is for the breather I just need to know what the size so I can go buy something to plug it.

ya thats my question. filter or pump?
if above the filter and to the left would be oil pressure switch or knock sensor. to the right above the factory black oil catch tank is a vent for the tank. And the 1.5 in hole in the block is for the catch tank.

alright it was near the oil filter not the pump my bad. I figured it out. It was for some sensor that went into the water jacket. then end that came out of the block had two prongs.
