My bad bro its a 95 eg sedan lx with a d16z6 when I was changing out my prop valve I noticed it just hanging there lol no cel tho

It's from either IAT, IACV, or EVAP solenoid. If that is for EVAP solenoid and if you plug it into IACV, you'll have idle problem. Same goes for IAT. If IAT and/or IACV plug is not plugged in, the code will throw.
Z6 is the bottom one. There's two place where that plugs in. Top one is EVAP solenoid. Bottom one is IAT.

I'm up in Washington and I passed emissions with no problems I was just wondering if it would affect anything like gas mileage ?
