Re: (Luserkid)
If that is an OBD2 ECU, than nothing has been done to it, you can not chip OBD2. I have stickers on my ECU cover, doesn't mean I did anything to it.
P.S. I see no actual modifications to the internal board, I would have to say that it's STOCK

the sticker just could of got slapped on it when i got the motor but the ecu cover was missing a few screws so it definetly has been cracked before. mystery ecu ftl! It runs the car perfectly and it hasnt had any issues for a year

Re: mystery b16b ctr ECU stamped with japanese characters (vtecftw)
I'm guessing it could be Ricoh Racing CPU I, J's Racing N1 ECU, or MINE'S VX-ROM. Probably 1 of the 3 according to my HyperRev book but I could be wrong.

incorrect. you can, but the OKI chips are pretty much obsolete. I had one (p2e) done in 1998 by Technosquare Inc, contracted through GFORCE (think doug pre-hondata). it was sold a few years ago and has been through many hands at this point on d-series.org.
