First of all. What P72 are you running? OBD1 or 2?
Get those IAB's working. Torque will be raped of the B18 if the secondaries are not working properly.
And next thing, learn to launch! 2.3 60 foot is a little steep.

Its not that bad.. even with a better launch you wouldnt see too much of an improvement. Maybe a few tenthes but I dont think its bad for a c1 with I/E.
