EDIT: 98 civic coupe ex harness, h22a4 long block, 96' p13 obd2 ecu

Hi, I've had a few problems for too long and need to figure them out. please if you know any info that could help don't hold back.

1st
Water temp gauge is dead, I've replaced the ECT sensor and the cluster, neither fixed the problem. i need to know how to search for signal or how to test. the book said that the signal goes to the ecu and then the cluster. is that right? im getting ohms out of the ECT sensor so... looking for wiring diagrams if any one has them. all obd2

Ive been going through threads and books, and am getting two sets of colors and locations for the EGR Control Solenoid Valve. i have a 98 h22a4 engine in a ek and cant seem to figure out this wiring. two wires, one is Red and the other is Blk/yel. grrr where to pin into the ecu??

Im sure you all know what wheel hop feels like, well im getting that feeling all the time. little or big bumps, if im to accelerate and hit any bumps the steering wheel goes ******* crazy, at higher speeds the car floats off the road. Not darting, my springs, ride height, camber, alignment, tie rods, it all seems good. I did nothing for this issues to start, although i think wheel hop caused this problem.
Ive been to three shops, no one can tell me what it is.

Yeah, it goes to the ECU first.

The connector behind the cluster is probably messed up or not making a good connection.
