My new Coupe?
I just purchased a 1993 Honda civic Ex coupe. I have some money left over for a swap and am wondering what I should go with. I have a few friends with all motor eg sedans and they are fun to drive, I also have a friend with a turbo Ls, thats ran 12.8's, I'd like that car to be significantly faster but really not be a headache, I was thinking of H22, but heard it can be a complicated swap, and have significant axle problems. So I guess my options or what not is:
Should I get an H22 or a B18C(5) or maybe even a cheap b16a. Gimme your opinions guys thanks a lot.

let us know much you have left over or how much you are willing to spend... do some research there are plenty of threads that cover this topic... if you have enough id go with the h22 but its expensive... you'll need:
mounts....$500 for hasport
axles... you can use 90-93 integra axles but i would suggest driveshaftshop.com... they make axles for the swap and specifically for which mounts you use... stage 2 are $700
the complete changeover which includes your shift linkage....$2200 plus shipping from hmotorsonline
should go with an aftermarket exhaust otherwise you will be suffocatting your engine thus robbing it of horsepower... $500
radiator if you dont already have one... id suggest the del sol dual core... $130
upgraded radiator fan... (i have a fal... not sure what other brands make one)... $230
probably need to upgrade your suspension with your cars new found weight up front... that will vary
so all in all its an expensive and time consuming swap especially if its your first one.... i spent close to $7000 not including the price of the car... i also added some other performance parts but be ready to spend some money
