my new bucket
Ok so I picked up a 92 cx for $1600.... It had no interior besides the dash and frotn seats... So I spent $400 in the stock interior. Ok no prob. Then I bought jdm folding mirrors, fenders, sir cluster for $440. Ok no prob. So then I bought a ES bushing kit w/ rear trailing arm bushings. Ok no prob... Then I bought jdm fogs, not that fake **** for $300 brand new... OK now I'm getting close to wha I bought for the car. On top of all that I bought a full 4 x 100 ITR brake setup (front and rear) another $700. So we're looking @ $1840.... Oh yeah forgot about my curcuit 10 rota's that are on back order... another $800... So then I pulled the trigger on so suspension.. Tein Flex, another $1150.... Just wanted to know before I get crazy and swap a k20 in... Am I crazy.. The car isn't worth much... Gonna be another money pit... Plus to make things worse, I miss my old car... I went from this

Re: my new bucket (Nevaeh Speed)
Well thats a hell of a downgrade, but the audi was even uglier, so props to you man.
You didn't spend your money wisely. why the hell did you spend 300$ on fog lights? I have PIAA lights on my car, and they were 35$ shipped, and do just as well.
Yes, Hondas are moneypits....but we love them. If you want performance, dont spend 800$ on rims, spend 400$ on rims, and 400$ on GOOD tires, that helps.
Welcome to Hondaland, its kewl.

I still have it... 12.68 @ palmdale... it's pretty fun. But I'm trying to sell it so that I can get a house. Thats why I bought the civic... Trying to save money but it seems like I'm not.

Isnt it great to have money, so you can buy a car, throw all the money into it by getting the coolest most expensive parts available for no real reason other than to have them?
Hondas are great and german cars are nothing but nice looking luxurious problems, I'd sell a sweet german car like that to dump money into a honda hatch any day.
I'd stick with the hatch, that body looks pretty clean

Yeah I had a few problems down the road with the audi, but I've mastered those cars.. All the work on that car I did myself except paint it.
the honda body looks pretty good, just waiting on door handles so I can get her painted.

Re: my new bucket (Nevaeh Speed)
For some reason I just laughed my nutts off.
I love hondas and all dont get me wrong but that Audi is ******* MINT
None-the-less...seems like the honda is always the best choice these days, and sounds like your treating her well.

Re: my new bucket (eg8000rpm)
audi looks hot but i think you spending your money in the wrong places for your parts i could have gotten you a eg6 front bumper w/ fogs w/ parking pole for a little less than what you paid for the fogs alone...
