My HORRIBLE experience with BodyKitsNW!
Ok..here's the story...
Friday, August 9th, I ordered a hood and CF lip from BodyKitsNW. He assured me he would get it shipped out the following Wednesday, which was August the 14th, in order for it to show up at my office on Monday (The only day i would be in the office this week to ensure proper handling).
August 14th rolls around, i email him for a tracking #. Got a reply stating that they ship on a first come first serve basis, and some other people were in front of me, it will go out the next day, which was Thursday. That's understandable, people get behind, i wouldn't want anyone elses stuff getting shipped before mine did.
Email him Thursday for a tracking #, Didn't go out Thursday because they only packaged body kits on that day. Will DEFINITELY go out Friday... ok, whatever, just get it out.
Email him Friday...around noon..no reply...however posts are being made on Honda-Tech in efforts to make sales...I get a little worried...email him again around 5...no reply..posts were made at 12, and 11 PM...
Email him Saturday, because his signature shows that he IS open on Saturday...the reply i got was rather disturbing to be coming from a business...

You seriously need to lay off on the tracking number and the e-mails. I had
to run all the way back to work just to log on my AOL account and get you
your tracking number. I told you I would send out the package FOR SURE in
BOLD on Friday so chill out man, and stop freaking out. Also I stated that I
would CALL you the day after when I get the tracking number. And I was not
here since it is Sat and we have a big race event this weekend. I have a lot
of patience, but you e-mailed me 3 times in 1 day and you know that I have
responded to every e-mail I get here at work in a timely manner. Obviously if
I didn''t respond to it I was doing something such as, enoying my weekend and
maybe taking a day off which I am very entitled to. And you even had to

happy because this has made me quite upset, and I have done everything I am
suppose to, but I can't seem to get you to lay off for a little bit.

Please reply to this address. This is our temporary address till our
bodykitsnw.com mail server is back up and running. For some reason we can
receive e-mail, but we can't reply. So this AOL account is temporary till the
problem is isolated. Also please do not instant messege us on this screen name. Thank you.

I have NO problems with the shipping delay, what i do have a problem with is how my concerns were addressed in such a rude, unprofessional manner.
My problems with this email...
1) NO business should represent itself in this manner to paying customers.
2) I only emailed him 2 times on Friday, once on Saturday, however had he not FLAKED on me 2 times prior, i would not have been so worried about the product shipping out in a timely manner.
3) Who cares if the tracking # would have done me any good being that it's a weekend? It would have ensured me that the product i paid for had been shipped.
4) If your business hours say you're open, you should be, if you take a day off unexpectedly, you CAN set up AOL to auto reply to your emails stating that you're out of the office.
5) You continued to make posts on honda-tech, on your "day off", in efforts to make sales, however you can't take the time to send me an email stating that the hood was shipped. Am i ANY less important now that you already have my $775 dollars??
I'm glad the product arrived undamaged, because i personally will NEVER do business with BodyKitsNW again.
p.s., "messege" is spelled message. spell check is your friend.
And one last thing, my BodyKitsNW hood, has a great big old VIS stucker underneath, wonder where he gets these from?

daymmmm....heck id be paranoid too if I sent out $775 to ANYONE and not have things shipped when they were supposed to be....and about the VIS sticker...id be pretty concerned if it is indeed a VIS hood

that's a pretty shitty reply to give to a customer. no matter what, the customer is always right. you have a definite right to want a tracking #. it was supposed to be sent out but wasn't and for the price of this item, i would have done the same thing.

Yo thats so much bullshit. I hate when companies do **** like this, it pisses me and and makes me feel like they don't give a **** once they have there money. Another thing that sucks, it seems all the good CF Hood makers all have shitty service. I seen nothing but problems from Fiber Images, Benen, and now BKNW. It's like I have no option on a quality hood now because all the makers have shitty customer service. All in all since they all seem to have shitty service I think I'll go with benen since there **** still seems to be of the highest quality. It just sucks that its hard to find a good reliable company these days.
for BKNW, looks like you won't be seeing business from a few people now. You guys just gave yourself a bad name.

i can understand why he would be alittle rude cause im sure the guy has to answer ALOT of emails but the part im concerned with is the VIS sticker or whatever that is =[]

Dude, Andy is an awesome guy, I know him personally and when he's busy he's busy it's mostly him running the show so cut him some slack. You did get your product didn't you? Sounds more like an isolated incident. You can't please everyone, and when you run a company you're bound to run into some irate customers. Chill out man.

That is VERY unporfessional... He should fire himself First off, he told you it was gonna ship out WEDNESDAY, but it didn't so why should you just believe him when he says its coming out friday??? That guy is a dick... Shouldn't he be glad you're his customer when you could just as easily get the same **** from someone like tbkonwso who would more than likely match his price or even go below it for you and not have "first come first serve" hassles to deal with? Why do companies have such shitty customer service skills??? Don't buy things from morons

I guess BKNW sucks ***....Thats no way to reply to a customer who is worried and concerned about what they invested in. I'd be shitting it and E-mailing him contantly also. He seems very rude and one thing for sure, he wont be expecting any business from many people on this board....

ill have more info on them soon, i just got them yesterday and took some real quick pictures of them right out of the box. I beleive these are for the 99-00 civics. but more information s will come on and i do plan a group buy for these when i have more in stock right now, im selling these to local individuals for feed backs on them.

Why don't you try running a company where you're mostly running the show and you have hundreds if not thousands of orders to fill a week, and you have several customers asking you at the same time "where's my ****, where's my ****?"
