adjust the valves its not hard.
i just adjusted mine, it helped but i need to do it again. usually takes me about 3 to 4 tries to get em the way i want. (little to no tick)
it could also be the injectors.
one way to find out is star the motor, sit your *** on top of you valve cover and put your ear right next to the injectors and valve cover.

Sounds like a valve tick. No biggie, do a valve adjustment and you'll be fine.
(we hope).
If not you have a lot bigger problems

Re: my head is making a clicking sound (Syndacate)
we dont know what motor this is for but for 92-95 d series motors
intake .007-.009
exhaust .009-.011
rotate crank counter-clockwise until piston 1 is at TDC (up points up) set number 1 valve lash
rotate crank 180° (cam does 90°) and number 3 will the at TDC (up points to exhaust side) set number 3 valve lash
rotate crank 180° and number 4 will be at TDC (up points down) set number 4 lash
rotate crank 180° and number 2 will be at TDC (up points to intake side) set number 5 lash
from pages 6-69 thorugh 6-71 in the helms manual

Sounds like a ticking valve. Do the valve adjustment as previously recommended and see it that fixes it.

what are you bumping for? let the car sit overnight and do a valve adjustment the next day. if the noise isnt there after everything is within spec then its not the injectors
