I'd switch over to ARP just to be on the safe side. They're only 100 bucks, why risk a problem down the road and ruin your entire engine because the head wasn't on properly?

Yea, nothing worse than a blown head gasket because you didnt want to be on the safe side and spend an extra hundred! There might be more damage than you see...you didn't describe the damage to your previous engine...

I re-used mine simply cuz i chose to do my swap at a bad time (just starting a job and not much money to spare) but when i put then back on i just gave them 5 extra pounds of torque

$30 OEM > $100 ARP on a stock car
