Default my H22a civic 1/4 mile times

ok i got to run my car today!!! here is all the info
94 civic CX hatch
94 h22a
all stock besides custom exhaust and stock intake tube with cone filter
ACT clutch/JUN flywheel W/LSD
2280 LBS with full interior minus back seat/spare, FULL NOS bottle and over 1/2 tank of gas
best run of the day was a 13.655@100.40 MPH
1.9 60 foot, 8.7 1/8 on 20x8x14 M/t slicks(my first run ever with slicks)
i think i could do better if i had more practice?
best on streets was a 13.9 @99 with a 2.1 60 foot
it was about 60 degrees? this was in boise idaho, about 3000 ft above sea level

is that slick size ok for my setup?
i tried spraying a NOS 50 shot but every run i did with it i fucked up, mostly missing 3rd gear(took me 5 trys to get it in) then i got it in but them went from 4th to 2nd(got it out QUICK didnt hurt anything)
so i said **** it and turned the bottle off

that would be like a 13.1@103.4 mph at sea level.

I say you've got a lot more in that car...practice

Those are not too bad of times. A 13.9 with a 2.1 60' time with street tires is pretty good. What street tires/rims were you running?

yea more practice makes a big difference. I know some dude with a H22a CX hatch (i/h/e/slicks) and he runs 12.6 @ 100 somthing. you should be right up there.

i would have to say you have more in it too! i ran on bald p185/60r14, real bald, a 14.1 at 100.89, with a very bad 2.45 60 foot. with those tires i can only luanch at about 2200rpm w/out spinning them (both tires) down the track. i have an intake, exhaust, and itr tranny.

the 13.6 was all motor no nitrous, i never gota a good run on the spray
i was using kumho tires when i got the 2.1(not the 712's)
im gonna go back up end of the month se if i can break 12's all motor, i need to get a header, intake, gut the car and some little tunning
i know id run alot better at a lower elevation, i think i could of pulled a 13.4 or .5 if i had a few more runs, it was my first time with slicks

just to let you know a 96+ hatch just as gutted as me with a b18c5 swap, with I/H/E with BFG drag radials was only running in the lower 14's, high elevaton SUCKS

Boise huh? Look out for my friends Viper blue '74 260z, he just moved to Boise 3 weeks ago! It is a 260z that we put a 280zx turbo motor into, puts down 262hp and 312 lb/ft to the wheels! He works at Zumiez if you ever wanna see the car! Congrats on your times by the way I hope for amazing results with my h22 cx as well,... IF my motor will ever get done at the machine shop!!!
