why would you NEED to change your cams for an auto to manual conversion?

O.o

LoL

I'm pretty sure they be the same cams bro...you don't need to change any cams, and whoever told u that....can u send me what they were smokin?

and ditto whiteout, it's an "ECM" or an "ECU", not a computer box...a computer box is that box that your computer came in... and YES, you NEED to change it to a manual ECU...

there is a way to convert the ecu from auto - manual. but i have an idea that you really don't know what you are doing or saying. so just get a manual ecu.

dude, as far as racing, you have a stock b16. don't bother killing your motor. what ever your going to race your most likely going to lose. wait until you have done some tuning and then think about racing.

so you actually had an auto B16? if that's right it would be a shame to convert it, of course manual is better, but the rarity of an auto b16 is worth keeping

It could possibly be a d16.. just slight confusion...

Just get a manual ECU.. simple fix. No need to change cams. Worry about racing when you get some type of forced induction or nitrous.
