My EK hatch with C8's
Before
After
It sits a little higher than other EK's I've seen (SIINSI, Trey, RoaringTurtle), but I didn't really take time to adjust them. I just raised the spring perch as far up as it would go with the car in the air -- basically hand tight. Then lowered the car back down, and that's the height I ended up with. I still have plenty of room on the collar to lower the spring perch if I get used to driving that low. The coilovers are Tein SS's, and the wheels are Rota Circuit 8's spraypainted "Graphite" color with Duplicolor wheel paint. The front lip is OEM.
Now I don't feel like I'm driving an SUV anymore

Re: My EK hatch with C8's (CheezeFrog)
Looks sweet! Two questions, where did you order the lip from? and how was the service?

Re: My EK hatch with C8's (crx-mike)
I got the lip from http://www.h-parts.com (part #08F01-S04-100 or #521696 -- one is a Honda number, and the other is the H-Parts number, I think) and the service was lukewarm I guess. I mean, the thing came in on time, but they never eMailed me a tracking # and when I used that automated lookup feature on their website and entered my order #, it never worked. But I guess if I got the thing ok and on time, it's all good

those look sooooooooo good, nice work on the paint too,
I like the color a lot, very different but in a clean and original way.

Re: Question... (blacksheep)
Sweet! I'm sorry, I thought I read it all, but did you paint those a sort of darker silver?
EDIT: Just read that it's Duplicolor paint - that **** rocks!
They look great man, and you're on your way to forgetting all about that Type R now!

1. The wing is OEM -- it's what the car came with.
2. The wheels are 16x7 40mm offset Rota Circuit 8's.
3. They were spraypainted with $3/can Duplicolor "Graphite" paint.
4. The tires are 205/45-16s, though in retrospect, I wish I had bought the 40-series.
5. Yes, I think I will try lowering it a little more. Maybe a 1/4" up front and 1/2" in the back.
6. Those are Tein SS's (HA's w/o the helper spring).
Thanks for the input everybody
