My car... be gentle
Well, here's the new pics. Most of them turned out pretty crappy cause the camera was set to low-quality but you'll get the idea. I'm gonna snap some better-quality shots tomorrow. Anyway, on with the show:
Now, normally I dont do um... "visual" mods but I sorta ran into someone and it was cheaper to replace the hood with a C/F than to get a stock one (at my price at least). Plus, I kinda dig it. The seat... i've gotten some heat for this one
. The cloth on the driver's seat got ripped and I wanted to replace it and uh... the motor mods sapped most of my money so I only had enough to buy one seat (and I wasn't gonna buy two Corbeau's for hte price of one sparco). I am GOING to get another one but I want a torino and I dont have the cheese for it right now. But anyway... that's my story and I'm stickin to it!. EV.

I WILL have two red sparco's by next spring... just give me a chance to recuperate from the engine swap, el Pat . I'm painting the rims black either with BBQ paint or black powdercoat this winter... I never really liked black wheels but now for some reason, I really like 'em. Just makes the car look less flashy I guess. Not like a big red seat ISNT flashy but hey... it was all I could get. EV.

I agree, but they'll just be my Typhoons for now. Maybe one day I'll get my SW388's but until then... ugh, "no money" sucks. EV.

except the AEM cold air intake
nice sliver valve cover ... look nice .. other then the usual red ....
as for the single seat ... who care about the passenger ... i would rahter spend that money on sth else that will make me faster then make the passenger more comfortable at high-g load situration ..

The cams are stage 3's. I should be able to hit over 200 when we tune it and bore out the T/B to 64mm. I am running the Jspec 4-1 R header and stock R compression, so I have plenty of room left for improvement. The block was bought straight from Honda so yes, it is an original 2001 Factory Honda R block - papers are in the glove box. EV.

go paint your rims gunmetal grey.. I think it'd make your car look scary
and hurry up and get the passenger side seat in! go buy some red JDM CTR/ITR Recaro seats for the passenger side - that'd complete the look.. hmm.. maybe not on second thoughts since your seat is a sparco.. ok ok go for sparco then.. hehe

SSR Type Cs would look great with your Si. What kinda suspension are you running?

The hood is a FiberImages and my suspension is Neuspeed Sports with Tokico blues, Mugen 22mm rear sway (reinf. brackets are welded to the frame, a custom lower tie bar was fabricated between the LCA lower bolts on either side). Also a KAAZ LSD. It can get better and maybe next year, I'll concetrate on something a bit stiffer and adjustable. Oh, hey how ya likin that C's? I picked up the C's DPS from Dan Ponze just last week and I should have it by Monday (with the R linkage). I cant wait to put it in! Peace, EV.

Unfortunately I dont have the stock wheels anymore. So i'm kinda stuck with these til I can afford my Regamasters or Spoons. Ah well... I do what I can. EV.
