injen intake, hp header, custom mandrel bent 2.25 exhaust with the stock muffler, drag radials and 100 hp nitrous... The car made 252 on the dyno... Miami people can vouch for the car.. thanks

so far im using a stock fuel system.. The new 02 uses a returnless system, so Im going to convert it to a return style fuel system with a walboro pump and a good regulator..

wow, i thought the 100 shot would have done some damage on a stock setup. Well to you, good job.

Under warranty nitrous must be sweet. If you do blow up the car, you get a new engine and the next time around go FI or N/A.

If you blow up your car on nitrous the dealership says F*CK you and you just have a car with a dead motor. I blew up my tranny on just i/h/e and they wouldn't fix it....it's VERY easy to tell if a motor is dead from spray.

under warrany, honda will find out. Nothing is sweet when it comes to warranty work and honda. That's why they paint everybolt and all, that way they can tell when pieces have been removed and all. Plus, under warranty work, the mechanics don't get paid as much, so they will definitely point things out. I've had friends that have sprayed and blew motors and went to honda after putting everything back to stock, and they were like, nope, this this and this were removed, FU heres a bill.

if the car were to break, I would just put some better parts in it that can hold up to the nitrous.. the air fuel on the dyno was a little under 11 meaning the car is still running pig rich... thanks

Whaaaa ?? Hold up !! You are running a 100 shot ??? I thought you were still on 75 ! How the hell does the stock fuel system keep up with that much n20 ?

Nice dyno... oh and if I could see the slips, they'd prolly be nice too

I guess it depends on the dealership. Not too long ago, some dude in Honda-Tech had Acura change his type-r motor TWICE@!!@!!! He did use Nitrous both times.

yeah right.... honda will know if the motors been sprayed or not. my friend had a 00 si w/ 75 shot and blew his motor, since it was under warranty he put everything back to stock and the dealer told him that a stock setup can never produce this kind of heat causing valves to bent or break. so he ended up buying a whole new head

i think honda would have to prove that the nitrous caused the engine faliure.. that's not that easy to prove... like I said, if it breaks, i'll just make the bottom end bullet proof and hit it with some more spray..

I wish i could just do that, build if something goes wrong. But i promise, honda will find out. You'll have to explain to them why bolts have been removed and put back on or have proof that your car has been worked on by another shop. Honda doesn't like to pay out of there own pocket, i'm surprised the one guy got two type r motors out of them.

guy, what bolts are you talking about? its a stock motor.. the only bolts that have been removed are from the header and the intake? all other bolts are still factory painted...

i don't care if it's stock or not, you've removed parts from you car that are stock honda while it's under warranty. I'm just giving you a warning that's all, trying to look out. I was just saying they will question you when they see that the paint lines don't match up with the bolts on certain parts. I've never used or installed nitrous, but i'm sure you have to losten a bolt here or there to install it, if i'm wrong my bad, but like i said, just trying to help out.

So, JDM, does the air intake temp sensor compensate for the nitrous or what ? How does (exactly) the fuel system deal with the juice ? That's so cool that you can run nitrous w/o fuel upgrades !

I do not like Dealerships. Especailly the local Honda Dealer. I was looking for an accord and my 3 1/2 year old had to witness 2 black guys screwing the brains out of a white woman in a porno called WHITE TRASH ******!!

The guy did not even apologize a movie like this was in the VCR. (My daughter was playing around in the waiting room while we were talking numbers. Even after that incident that same night they wouldn't go down $100. ****'em. Next day, and after calling them up they dropped $1300. ****'em again.

The point is the dealer makes $$$$ whether you like or not. They don't have to justify anything. They will change it for free if they have no proof.

Just my 2 cents on this.

I went to moroso here in west palm yesterday. I saw it when u ran.

Nice runs... I've seen your car running since it was in the 14's. A friend of mine own a yellow one with Volk rims but he runs 16.6 with intake and exhaust. I guess its just the driver.
