Default my $200 92 eg6 project car.

*** raped.

Broken rear beam.

Fixable?

Bigg '***' ding.

Fender damage.

and the normal dings here and there...
rear quarter rust.
chassis has 148k miles i believe.
its coming with a CX motor (there was a d16z6 in it)
the interior is in good condition.
some ugly *** paint job or something is on it... (lots of hours of sanding to come!)
im looking for what i need to fix the rear end.

fiberglass hatch, rear beam, bumper... and i dont know what else cause i cant find it on. http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com

first priority is to fix the body and paint (debating on color still)
possibly a LS motor swap. (since i have 2 b18 motors laying around)

whatcha guys think?

That's an EG6? RHD and everything? B16 engine?

Sounds like you have a lotta work ahead of you. The rear bumper looks bad, Looks like it bent the frame.

If you're going to use chassis codes to sound "smart" you should probably use the correct ones. In your case, it's an EH2, not an EG6.

Get off the guys back. It's pretty common to refer to the USDM EH as an EG. No one is going to be harmed by it.

well $200 for a car thats works... that i could drive as a reliable beater... sounds good.. LOL... and theres no labor costs cause its being done by me and friends or family... i just need the parts to fix the rear. LOL and i used EG6 because "its pretty common to refer to the usdm eh as an EG" as creechrr says... LOL and it would make the thread link more intresting too look at since it says... EG6 and $200... lol

that bumper doesn't look too bad, but the question is, do you have access to a frame puller setup. Also, is that quarter panel damage from being hit in the rear, a.k.a. the rear of the car is crinkled, or is it just another dent? Can you weld?? Otherwise, you gotta do the bondo thing on that quarter panel, and it can be done. Oh and if your into hacking, just leave the rear bumper out someone did that to my car, didn't notice til i took it all apart with my dad to do a paint job, and was like ohhh thats nice. And then upon taking of the front bumper, notice that the right front has been hit and pulled, and not right i might add

On a side note, you have any more leads on wrecked hondas let me know.

I guess you should have just stopped at EG and not add the 6. It is the 6 that is making everyone upset. Next time refer to it as an EG or EH, but not an EG6 please. I could care less but I guess other people can't.

I just picked up a 93 dx hatch for 1200 with a b16a2 shortblock p72 ecu and SC4 tranny included. axels and shift linkage...everything. I robbed this dude really. He didn't know what he had and just wanted to get rid of it cuz it was taking up space at his parents place. I was glad to help out.
