According to JHP in its description fan switch is 80 degrees CELSIUS which would be 126F. and JHP says this about the thermostat Operating temperature: 68 degrees C (STD.: 76~80 degrees) Full-throttle acceleration temperature: 81degreesC (STD.: 90degreesC)

Re: Mugen Thermostat and Fan Switch Engagement temperatures?
mugen makes a 180 degree thermostat to keep cars usually running just under 190 degrees during normal driving... that way during track days, you usually stay around 200 - 205
and...
the mugen fan switch activates the cooling fan at 176 instead of the stock 199.4 but it requires use of mugen low-temp thermostat

passwordjdm.com i was on there at the time and so to make it convenient, i looked it up for you. in fact, both those questions you asked were answered on this same page. the themermostat is at the very bottom, and the fan switch is at the very top.
