msd ignition problems

msd ignition problems
before i put it in i had no check engine light and as soon as i put it in i got code 9 number one cylinder position sensor i cleaned up the wiring and everything and its still there... if anyone else had this problem? if so how did you solve it...

If you cleared the problem, and then cleared the ECU, then the code should be gone, or a different code is being thrown.
