Motiv8's 100% Rice-Free FERIO (lotta pics)
The unveiling....
Is it a coupe or a hatchback
Wrong...it's a Fo' Do'
Better picture of my 15" Rota Circuit 8's in Bronze w/ a polished lip - yeap a custom color :D
Remember that big bumper gap I used to have? GONE!
Questions? Comments? Flames? :D
If you guys remember what my car used to look like then you'll appreciate how it looks now

NIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICE..... for you having a FO-DO. I would think that a black or chrome lip would look better on the rims, IMO.

Re: Motiv8's 100% Rice-Free FERIO (GTlvr82)
On the list of future upgrades:
Mugen-style front lip & TypeR-style rear lip are getting painted flat black and going on either tomorrow or friday.
Looking for a good deal on Vision amber corners and EG6/9 sidemarkers.
Debating an M3-style Lip spoiler painted black to complete the black/white theme.

I don't have pics on hand, but here's an idea:
M3 LED mirrors
Altezza's painted to red/clear
96 starfish GSR's painted flat black
Big gap where the bumper met the fenders
http://www.weaksauce.org stickers all over

Re: Motiv8's 100% Rice-Free FERIO (NrG)
Yeah that's the best I could do.
I'll try to get it to match better when I install my lips also

Looks like a bone stock four-door with Rota's. (excludng the two-door bumper)
Oh, and I don't see any Ferio anywhere on this page.

Looks pretty good for a 4 door.
Technically it could be called rice, since you went with fashion over function. Making a car look fast when it's really not. .....or do you have a transplant?
All those pics and none of the bay

Re: Motiv8's 100% Rice-Free FERIO (Hybrid93Hatch)
I guess you do have a point there
This is just my grocery getter though, it is still motivated by the RAW power of the DX
I used to have (just like everybody else) a B16 CX, but I sold it because I didn't have time to work on it.
I'm doing a SOHC VTEC swap later on (most likely japanese D15B) when time permits. Maybe small amounts of boost in the future too.

Re: Motiv8's 100% Rice-Free FERIO (Cashis Lee)
damn, you guys are harsh! granted he did say Ferio but at least he's doing something different. People post up pics of a basically bone stock hatch and everyone's all over it like, "Wow, nice car! Looks just like mine!" No ****. Not much you can really do to them.
for going the sedan route. Glad to see something a little different. Too much of the same thing on this board. To try and stray from the ordinary I'd try and go with some old school rims or something that not many people have. The bronze does look nice though. The HB/Coupe bumper makes it look sooo much better too.
Where's the rice? I don't see it?
I'd stick with the drums too. Cheaper to maintain, not difficult to adjust and the shoes last forever. Granted discs look better but function over form is how i go.
