Moroso oil pan
I just ordered a Moroso oil pan (#20901) and the oil pick-up (#24011). I'm just wondering if I got the right oil pick-up because on the Moroso website it says for a Civic Si with a 1.6 liter VTEC DOHC to use oil pick up #24011 which is the pickup for a non-vtec engine. Is this correct?
Here's what's listed on the Moroso website:
Aluminum Kicked-Out Sump Pan,1994-98 Acura Integra 1.8L, VTEC & non-VTEC.
Note: Also fits Civic Si with 1.6 liter VTEC DOHC (model B16A3) using No. 24011 pickup.

i pretty sure you will be fine with what you got but if it doesn't fit properly send it back and get the other one. because all the pickups are pretty much be the same way so I'm sure it is all in on how it fits.

MOROSO....GOOD CHIT MAN. You know i had one on my turbo b16 and was talking to a friend who said that the oil pan knocked 3/10 of a second of his time at the track. Good luck with that.

This should also be the exact same choice for the B17A right? I am currently building my new motor for my 99 Si and the block I have doesn't have an oil pan so I figured might as well try the Moroso and pick up. Any one give me reason why not?

Re: Moroso oil pan (Mr Milano)
I just got my pan a couple of days ago, and it looks good. Not sure performance wise, but from everything that I've read it's a good investment. Plus once I put my turbo on after the break in period is over I won't have to drill a hole, and weld anything for my return line because it already has it.
