Default Moonroof and AC Woes

My 95 civic developed two issues today, they are probably not related but both need to be fixed.

1. AC - The AC is not blowing air very forcefully especially out of the middle two vents (the large vent above it blows great). Also the air its blowing seems a lot hotter than normal. The heater blows much more forcefully but also does not blow very well out of the center two ports. Should I charge the AC?

2. Moonroof - The switch for the moonroof no longer works, I have checked fuses 1 and 14 with a test light and visually and they are both fine. Also checked plugs on fusebox and they are tightly plugged in.

What are my next steps here?

The large center vent relieves some of the blower pressure, when you open it. Have you tried closing it, to see if the center vents have more flow?

Ok I'm an idiot on the vent issue, guess my car just needs a charge for the coolness since it was colder and closing that vent too.

Now just need to fix the moonroof issue.
