Default mom ran into car (96 civic coupe), Paul got 99 conversion =] (pics inside)

well, did the 99+ conversion... got the CTR grill and fakie Cwest front bumper (temp until i get stock) it werks for now.. white hood cause don't have money for the CF, but that will come by wednesday, these are the nite shots, i will have day time shots tomrrow.. give me feed back.

the CTR grill

im lined up.. back up off hhehe

and arial view by jsut standing ;p

give me feed back.. lemme konw wut you think.. as soon as i get money the oem front bumper w/ mugen lip is my plan.. this is temp.. it cost me nothing for the headlights and front bumper.. 80 bucks for both fenders, and 50 for CTR grill.. it's good to have great friends.

the 99 conversion came out really clean.. everything aligned up.. just had to cut some stuff to maek things fit. and no, i didnt use the radiator support

so all you used was hood, fenders, front bumpe, grill and headlights? my friend is interested in doing this. Is it just bolt on and plug and play like stock 96-98 pieces would be?....what did you have to cut?

yeh all you need is front bumper & grill, hood, fenders, and headlights.. makes it look a lot sharper.. there is these two metal things, i'm not quite sure.. but if you did it you would see it.. it's only an inch to cut on both sites. i didnt cut it.. body shop did it since they had to fix otehr parts taht my mom hit.. but they told me about it cuase i was gonna do it on my own prior to the accident, jsut got lucky and had them do it at the same time.

looks just like every other 99-00 civic front end.

nice front bumper, even though im not a fan of C-West knockoffs.
wanna see the mugen lip though

hehe thanks, yah the white hood is starting to grow, but i still want CF. Yah i know it looks like everyother SI, but i just wanted to show that it fit cleanly after the conversion. as far as the bumper yah it's not too bad, but id prefer the stock with mugen lip, but you gotta work with what you got.

keep the c-west thats the only bumper i like for the 99+ nice clean crisp lines and its not to agressive A+++ on front end leep the bumper, but i would have to agree i have a 97 civic and ctr lip, looks so smooth i love 96-98

i had no problem with my old front, but in actuality, since i was getting this stuff for cheap.. it was cheaper for me to get this done. instead of having to purchase 96-98 fenders and my front was f*cked anyways, since i bought the car in dc, and the headlights were all scratched. if i had the money i wouldda prolly kept the car at 96 spek, but i love the 99 as well. and im happy with how it turned out. thanks for the compliments, and its great to hear other ppls opinions. im glad that this bumper being aftermarket and fake.. it fit really well.. im about to go take day itme shots, i'll post the fitting of the bumper.. and another plus, is it doesnt flare out at the bottom.. there for no need for sideskirts

thanks again guys
