EX intake manifold.
B18C1 trottle body.
EX tranny (Biggest difference)
Port and Polish
1 layer Head gasket
LSD
Better tires
Better suspension
Lighter flywheel
Stronger clutch.

What else do you want?

B18C1 trottle body.

Would this also work for a D16Y8??? And how much power could I expect with Intake and exhaust??

Thanks!!

HELL NO IT DOESN"T the runners are tiny on the HX and the HX has an EGR valve.

It has the same positioning as the EX but in no way is the the EX manifold.

Spade who used to be an avid HX preacher, you wanna know about the HX ask I can answer.

Yes it will fit. The biggest thing you are going to notice is the trottle response. But, the power added is about 2-4 WHP depending on the I/H/E.

Trust me, the HX tranny is a POS. Ask any of the former HX owners here that swapped the EX tranny.

Yeah it is nice not having to shift for 10 seconds but, the shorter gears help in speed like it is nothing. THe engines put out almost the same amount of power.
THe HX actually has more midrange (quite, don't tell anyone that).

First off don't call it ricer....ricer is a person who modifies there vehicle for looks and has no idea what real mods are.

The trottle body is off of an Integra GSR. It is a 60mm as apposed to the 56mm that the Civic is.

No, you don't want to get an EX head. The HX has roller rockers. The cams have a higher lift (although I don't know about duration).

I thought that the ex has 3 lobes opposed to 2 on the hx

On the intake it has 3 and the HX 2

On the exhaut they both have 2.

The HX has one lobe that is larger than the other. At 2700-3100 (gas pedal pressure pending) the lifters lock on the higher lobe.

And burn up for a shitty 60 ft. 2.4!!! And pull a somewhat decent run out of there ***.
