You have the flange on the downpipe custom made. Shouldn't cost too much - any welding/fabrication shop should be able to do it no problem.

If it is off a 2nd Gen (95-99) eclipse it will be a t25, 1st gen eclipse will be a 14b. Both good small turbos. They will fit fine with the right manifold.

i run a mitsu turbo............................................. .................................... IMHO i belive the first gen turbo's are better for the d16 mill, the one you have is known for almopst killing the DSM scene for mitsu detuning their cars going less psi and making a smaller turbo, which made alot of people unhappy

you need a manifold t25 flanged
you need piping
recommend a fuel pump & mitsu 450's
crome
oil feed lines
intercooler
a drill and some type of homedepot rig to get the feed lines to the pan
recommend for a dd:
turbo timer
boost guage
oil pressure
a/f unless you get the apexi tt
so you kinda need more than a downpipe

ok i hear if you have a 15g turbo or smaller(i have one, just not installed) that after 5500 rpm's it dies and you start to actually lose power and i heard it sucks and is "annoying". that is why i am going t3. also i heard that a bigger turbo will hit boost much harder than a smaller turbo.

Re: (Eran)
Plus less boost lag then if you go with said bigger turbos. All in what you want it for though.
Daily driving / mild auto x then you should be content with the td04 or t25 turbo on the d series.
Also if you find a cx, hx or vx exhaust manifold you can fab your own turbo manifold out of honda parts.
Here is where the search button comes in handy.

and some other civic forums are bueno
