Default master cylinder

Im about to be doing a full integra brake conversion since the cx brakes are weak at best. Ive read on the internet that the integra master cylinder has the two brake lines in different spots and the guy had to custom fab one of his metal brake lines. Did anyone else that has done this had to do something like that?
