MAP sensor/ Rough idle questions
So I just got done putting my motor back into my car and finishing up my wiretuck and the cars idle now jumps from 1,000-2,000 RPM.
I know usually this means that it's most likely the idle air conrtol valve which I have yet to change BUT the odd part about it all is that when I take the vaccume line off of the manifold that leads to my map sensor the idle goes down to about 700-800 and is fine. (I failed to mention that my map is relocated to underneither my intake manifold and that the fuel pressure regulator vaccume line is T'd and has the map sensor vaccume coming off it as well).
I tried another map and it does the same thing. Just wanted to know if you guys think it could be anything besdies the IACV which I am going to go change right now.

Re: MAP sensor/ Rough idle questions (roma's GSReg6)
Could be the IACV is cloughed. IACV gole needs to be pushed in. I think thats what its called, not sure though. Its an oval shaped long object.
