manual trans with auto ecu?
got a 96 civic dx automatic that i got for cheap, tranny is toasted, im going to put a 93 si manual trans on it, got everything for the swap but no ecu, will the auto ecu in the car be ok or do i need to swap for a manual one absolutely? trying to keep cost as low as possible on this car thanks! i think it will work but will get a check engine light and i think the rev limiter is lower on the auto tranny?

it'll work, you'll just have a cel for the trans lock up soleniod that you will no longer have (AT part)
