Default Which manual shifter bushings are better for stock '99 EX sedan?

I am looking at replacing the manual tranny bushings in my wifes bone stock '99 EX sedan daily driver. The stock bushings are hard and are making shifting less than ideal.

Which of these sets are the best for normal use?

Are the red or black better? Poly or other? The ones with the greease and the metal inserts better than just the bushings?

Page doesn't have anything

I'd recommend Energys though. They feel good

Pretty sure it doesn't matter.

I've had both (black on D-series, red on B-series) and there wasn't any significant difference.

The best bushings are the ones attached to a GSR shift linkage and transmission and engine in your 99 EX. The brand won't matter on your Y8

on the underside of the shifter. U have to pull it out from the car and you will see. They are really easy to replace.

Check the DIY thread at the top of the page. There's a DIY for a shifter bushing(s) install.

I bought the Energy Susp. black shifter bushings and installed them a few days ago. I dont know how they compare to the red ones but the ones I have feel great. Very solid and much less side to side play when in gear.
