manual ECU for auto to manual conversion?
i want to put a manual tranny from an EX in my auto d16y7. If i use a manual version of the y7 ecu, would i have to rewire things to get my keys out of the ignition and reverse lights? if i use the manual y7 ecu, will it eliminate the CELs you get from using the auto ECU? the ecu has to be the same year as the engine for inspections right?
