Main Shaft Top bearing question? How do i remove from the trans. housing?

Main Shaft Top bearing question? How do i remove from the trans. housing?
i need to pull the angular bearing out of the trans housing and it seems like it was pressed in. Does anyone have any ideas?

it will be attached to the shaft when the gear housing is removed, it should be able to come right off.

it is in the trans housing and not on the mainshaft-i have the housing off already and it is in the housing

Take a flat head screw driver and GENTLY tap it out of there, its not pressed in just the heat makes it expand just a tad not to mention its sapossed to fit in there snuggle so.
Screw driver gently will pop it right out from the back side. Works for me everytime

NO NO AND NO~~
the way to get it out of the bell housing, is to use the end of the mainshaft.put it in the bearing, and wiggle it out.
