when my motor is at idle, like when I'm at a light with the clutch in or just in neutral, the motor almost always boggs down and revs up contiously(could it be my intake 96' aerospeed frontmount sucking in to much air?), i have already replace the throttle position sensor and the idle air control and it hasn't fixed anything

did you try putting your stock airbox stuff back on?

check your vacuum lines.
