Default lsvtec (b18b, b18c1) idles rough, sputtering, wont accelerate, help me

my lsv is running bad please help, its a b18b block, b18c1 head, bbk ssi intake mani, tri-y header, 68mm tb, type r pistons, type r cams, tuned @ 190whp 129tq.
i just replaced the clutch and trans, and after putting the motor back in the car (97 civic hatch dx) it ran great 2 times, hit vtec hard and pulled nicely (while being easy on the new clutch). Now it sounds like a subaru, sputters, and feels like it misses, but no cels. I checked grounds, plug wires, replaced plugs, ngk v powers. It will hardly move under any kind of load. I also cleaned dizzy cap and rotor button, fresh 93 octane gas. Any ideas would help, thanks

Check your ignition timing and your fuel filter might be clogged.

Rebuild with new gaskets? Sounds like it's backfiring. Timing belt. Maybe off a tooth.

not backfiring, just running on 3 cylinders. cams have aem tru time cam gears, i know how to time and do all that jazz its not the timing, the motor ran great one minute, and the next runs on 3 cylinders sounding like a subaru. I took the car to the 8th mile track ran a 8.7, 3 days later runs like garbage. Its getting spark and getting fuel, i pulled the dizzy cap and checked the rotor button and cap and both look fine. I plugged in the scs connector and flashes no codes. Its weird i unplugged the ect and put a paper clip in to make the rad. fan come on to see if it worked and no MIL came on. Please help i need this car to drive to work everyday...

check all your injectors are well clipped sound like one isn't working and if yuo have accses to a pulsation test kit is more easy. If not unplug one by one to
reach the one who is failing. But maybe isn't the plug is the injector itself cloged or gone bad.

Check your cam gears. Mine had the same problem just solved it today. Intake gear was way off to retard. Same AEM cam gears. These are known to slip.. Look at the settings and see if they slipped or not.

I did the same diagnosis check, no cels. frustrations.. check and was cam gear...
