I searched for about ten mins but could not find a specific MPG thread for this

What is everyone getting with their LS-vtecs or CR-vtecs mpg wise.

You know the usual head/bottom end/trans/ driving habits and if its all highway or city or mixed

97 hatch, b16a2 head, gsr cams, b18b bottom end s4c tranny with 4.40 final drive, dc header (junk), yonaka cat back, modified oem intake. i get around 32mpg and it doesn't matter if drive the **** out of it or baby it, about 50/50 mix city and highway but then again around 65mph (110kph) is 4000rpm lol

94 dc teg. b20v. Ls trans. k and n intake, headers, resonator and stock muffler 2t-28 mpg. If i drove it nice it was over 30 mpg

96 Civic B20b, B16sir2 head , B16 sir2 Transmission, stock intake, header, RS*R exhaust. Before i got my iac fixed (about 20mpg ) now on a street tune about 25mpg give or take.

B18C-R (JDM) - close enough to LS VTEC?

RFM Replica header, 3" SRI with Velocity Stack + K&N, Apex'I WS2 with Vibrant high flow metal core cat.
Fuel consumption numbers here.

LS Vtec in a 94 EH Hatch. about 90% freeway. I get around 40-45mpg. LS trans, stock gsr ecu, 240cc injectors. Driving style has a lot to do with it. I drive to maximize, usually no more then 25% throttle.

I can not get better then 22 city or highway in my 99 Cr-v FWD with a 5speed this is my setup,

99 B20z with a 97 GSR Head,PS Mount,Water Pump,Dizzy and Intake with IAB,IACV delete & 01 ITR TB(62mm) & Injectors with a BDL fuel rail,BLOX Valve springs & retainers,STR cam seal,Gates Racing Timing Belt,ACL race bearings,ARP Rod Bolts & Head Studs,Golden Eagle B20 VTec kit, notch P30 Pistons & Chipped P28 ECU By Courtney Green, Volant Ram Air Intake

I still need to put my tri y header on and 2.5 header back exhaust and twin loop muffler and then get it on the dyno and Courtney tune it then I will be done with the motor for now but I still need to put in a LS 5th gear and LSD in the trans and taller tires to get my RPM's down.
