Default ls vtec build

posted ealier about my ls vtec set up. I got confused about the head I was using. Im using LS block with a B18C1 Head. I have full internals done IE: AEM Cams and gears, reenforced valves vavle springs and retainers, JE pistons 9:1 compression. LW ACT flywheel, clutch. DC Headers, H22 throttle body. all in a 1997 civic lx. looking for 11's qtr mile. I have a jackson racing supercharger right now. but we going for turbo when i get more money. Think this is a good set up and if I will get 11's if you dont think I will, what do i gotta do?
