I had this same same swap in my second eg. The LS in a simple drop and play. if you have a hydro tranny use the hydro half shaft with the corresponding axels. and with the wiring all you have to do is wire up the O2 sensor to reach ur header if you have one and plug in the ecu and basically thats it. I would recommend using vtec axels since they are rated at high HP! hope this helped you out!

the best harnes si have found to use would be the harness that was first in teh car, and then mod it if needed to fit the new engine.
and as far as i know all b series axles from 94-01 should be the same.

so would the stock d15b harness connect right up to the ls engine, or what would i have to mod??

You can use the VSS sensor/gear from a hydrolic transmission.
We used a VSS Gear/Sensor from a D16z6 transmission and put it into my friends B18a tranny. There is only one bolt holding it to the transmission, you unscrew it and pull out the old vss. That is the easiest way to get the proper VSS put into your car without doing a single thing of wiring.

Yes keep your stock wiring harness. Everything will connect and hookup.
