It may fit and it may not. I thought B16 pans couldnt fit GSR's because the oil pick up was different *shrugs*. The same may apply for the B18a/B18b1.

That's correct, the girdle is different.
b18a1 and b18b1 are very similar, came block, so if I had to guess I would say yes.
Are you able to compare the two? Dropping an oil pan isn't all that hard.
