One advice: make sure u know what the pro's and especiallly what the con's are from lowering a cars ride height. It depends on what ur intentions are but most of the times, the con's may over-weight the pro's. Just thought

Since "93 EX" could refer to several cars, that makes it difficult to answer. My suggestion would be to go to whichever forum relates to the car your son has and ask your question there. Besides, most of the setups that would be suggested in the Road Racing/Autocross forum focus more on performance than ride quality and would be sub-optimal for the street.

if you're talking about a 93 Ex Civic..... then I'd go with the H & R Sport Springs I'm running them on my 93 Civic Ex Coupe, and that it looks really good. and hardly put my camber out.

I used Neuspeed Sport springs and they lowered my car about 1.5-1.7 inches and i didnt notice much difference in ride quality from stock. Handling is tho
