Lowering my civic, what splash guard to use?
96 civic lxi. I'm planning to lower my ride a little just enough to get rid of the gap between tire and fender. What do people use for a splash guard so that the tire doesn't rip it? Do people just remove them? I would prefer not to have mud splattered everywhere if there is a choice. I'm planning on using 350F/250R, or should I go stiffer? Car is a DD, no racing.

People will either remove or just rub the splash guards on slammed cars...
But if you're just closing the gap and not even tucking, just leave them be.
Imo, would be better to rub them a little, than to remove them (makes quite the mess)
Im lowered with a finger gap in the front, and have zero issues making any contact with the splash guards.
