Default Lowering my car...

So i just got an eg, and it does have coilovers, but still sits about stock height..Ive just never actually lowered a car myself. Do I have to take out the springs and coilovers to adjust them, or do I leave them on and do it that way? Thanks!

you need a tool. usually the coilover tool. It looks like hooks. There are 2 of them. Borrow some from somebody who has coilovers.

You dont even have to take the wheels off the car. Just jack up each side and theres going to be a gap between the fender and the wheels. Thats where you can adjust the coilovers by using the tool I mentioned above. Then you spin it with your hands counter or clockwise to lower or raise the car. Then tighten it back with the tool and drop the car. Its that simple

Just leave them in the car, adjust the perches down and measure the distance from the bottom thread to the perch to make sure you have it level. Its actually a really easy process

really depends on which coilovers you got in your car, if you have the nicer ones, they are usually held in with an allen screw, all you gotta do is loosen that bolt and you can turn by hand, the coilover sleeves

That's how Ground Controls are, they're very nice...exactly why EVERYONE recommends them.
