and if you want performance or if you just want to be lowered. Also you have to factor in if you want to change rims sizes every other month (Like me) or if you plan on keeping the same size for awhile.

yah if you live in a place where you don't get snow and have a set tire size like already said you ca go with springs and probably be happy with them, as for me i live where 5 months of the year has 5 feet of snow so i have to raise the car up pretty high. personally i like the adjustment factor of coilovers but the ride can be pretty crappy without good struts!

Man, I must sound like the GC/Koni ***** by spewing this same line in every suspension thread, but here goes once again:

Ground Control coilover sleeves with custom spring rates for your needs and Koni Sport dampers. This is the best bang-for-the-buck setup you can get.

JMHO.

well i did the ladder with kyb agx shocks and tein s-tech springs...the adjustability of my old coils was pretty nice but i didnt feel like i used em...i dont really do road course or even drag but 2 or 3 times a year...so for daily driving i just went with the teins and some agx's. i was out only $400 and it was all purchased brand new...im really happy with my setup, its also with an h22 in the bay.
