Default low speed clicking from wheels

When I'm at low speeds, especially when turning, I hear a clicking from my driver's side wheel. It's not the axle. It doesn't sound like it, and the axles have been changed recently w/out affecting the sound. I also noticed the passenger side rear is making the same sound when I was riding bitch and my bitch was driving (please don't tell her I just said that). I'm thinking, wheel bearings? Do I need a press to replace them? How difficult? Or is it fairly affordable to have someone else do it? And there's no such thing as performance bearings, is there? Like ceramic bearings they have on skateboards.

Maybe it's my brake rotors or something?
