could it be the switch on the steering column?

get a honda manual with the harness layout and everything trace continuity through the harness. if everything is good there, check low beam relay. if everything good there i'm going to say its your combo switch. there are like 15 positions on a combo switch they differ from model to model, but roughtly about 10-15 take that off, and ohm out each one, if one is off, then thats your problem, i'm guessing either broken harness, relay plug or relay itself, or the combo switch

definitely not my area of expertise but i've heard that if you directly touch the bulb the oils in your skin damage it...

The guy said he got new bulbs.

I bet he got some hi power'd bulbs 100w or so and fried his stock harness like i did.

If you hook up direct power to one bulb, the other is not going to light, this is a series-parralell circuit with seperate grounds. Try hooking power to fuse 22, both should light up. Did you check the main fuse #40? I bet it's that. No relay's for this one

I hooked direct power up the the low beam the doesnt work by putting the wire though the back of the plug so the everything was hooked up like usual and it turnd the other headlight on also if I unbolt the ground box from the wall on the side that the headlight works it makes the one that doesnt come on really dim and dims the other also

I have sylvania bulbs and they are new harnesses now

is there a relay for the low beams and if so can anyone tell me where they are at

when your talking about the bulbs, say passenger or driver, it gets confusing. So when you don't hook it it direct none off them work? if the do, there dim? be specific with this

aight passanger side is the one that doesnt work

if everything is hooked up like normal and nothing is on I took a wire and ran it to the battery and then to the passager low beam and the driver side lit up

then if I take the ground box off the fender wall on the driver side it makes the driver side bulb go really dim and then the passanager side came on really dim also.
