Loss of power at5500

when im driving at the "moderate" speed my car feels like it tops out at 5500 RPM.

ive got new plugs, wires cap, button, fuel filter.

what do you all think it may be?

maybe try changing gears to the right forum. was it like that b4 u changed ur plugs wire caps etc.
