Do you have a CEL? She could be in limp mode. Before you go right ahead and pull your head off i'd say why don't you go grab a can of sea foam deep creep and spray it into your motor... that stuff does a pretty damn good job cleaning out carbon. Take note, if you do decide to try out the seafoam, remember to use it correctly (instructions on bottle) and don't freak out when you crank it back up and you get a sh*t load of smoke out of the tail pipe for about five to ten minutes.

Um since youve never pulled a head off i wouldnt advice it 1. without research and 2. Without a torque wrench. cause youll expletive it all up and it wont ever pull again.
Just get a can of seafoam and run it through your engine and see if that helps!

Put some restore in the oil and beat the **** out of it. And no I'm not kidding. The majority of carbon build up comes from using bad gas (87 octane), and not leaving enough time for the car to really reach operating temp.

Good advice. Your problem could also be a loss of continuity through the electrical system. Check your contacts distributor cap, rotor, plugs, and plug wires.
Last suggesting. Fuel system. You could have gunked up injectors or a dirty filter. Try getting a new fuel filter and injector cleaner.
All these thing could contribute to your loss of power. All of the above seems like a lot to replace, but the fact of the matter is it is maintenance.
Good Luck

ok i took all your suggestions and kind of made myself a checklist.. sound good?
- Change the oil.. with something good..
- use “restore” or something im more familiar with like lucas
- use better gas and fuel system cleaner
- get new fuel filter
- use injector cleaner
- new spark plugs
- Check my distributor cap
- Check my Rotor
- Check My Plug Wires
and then after all that use Seafoam
