Help with finding previous owner
I need help finding the previous owner of this car. If you can access vin lookups and find previous owners, let me know. I will not post the vin number but the DMV in virginia are real dicks. Help me out.... 100 bucks to anyone that can provide
No i didn't steal the car, i got it from a junkyard and they had no title. The title (through carfax) is still clean. It was last registered in Alexandria, VA. Need the previous owners to get title, then it can put me back on the road....

you might want to check in Va .... I live in Northern Va ... from what I have heard in the past you can not drive a car here witha salvage title .... I dont know if it is the insurence or DMV that wont let you but I would check it out quick

Well this is what i was going to do. Technically, the previous owner still owns the car. I have the car under my possesion. I went to the DMV in Leesburg, VA yesterday. They told me... we know who the owner of the car is right now. The title is with this person and it is still clear. But the shitty part was, they were like sorry we can't give it to you because we have a law against giving out information. "Sorry, have a nice day." i was really pissed off when the lady said this. I figured... someone online must either work at the DMV or knows some connections To the DMV that might entitle me to figure out the owner of the car to get the title from him, and finally get a turbo ls hatch on the road. Help.... oh yeah, 100 bucks to whoever can provide.
